We ordered various taxis in advance, at various times, to and from various venues over one weekend recently. All was handled by email and the office administrator (Mobin) was helpful and efficient. We paid for all the fares in advance at the time of booking and they were reasonably priced. All the drivers were smartly dressed, polite, friendly, patient and communicative and the taxis extremely clean and comfortable. They arrived promptly and transported us and our guests safely to their destinations. I would particularly like to mention the driver of the black Kia who was a pleasure to be with.

The customer service is outstanding. I booked a taxi an hour in advance for free in their app, but had to cancel because I thought i might be a bit longer. However 20 minutes later I needed the taxi. They sent the same taxi driver back to pick me up. I was very apologetic about the awkward situation i had put them in but they were very kind and understanding.
I've been using their services via the app for just over a year and I would definitely recommend this taxi service. Ive yet to have any problems on a journey.

Oh my gosh what a Kind and helpful driver.
He was so helpful with my inconvenience of having a large box of 6 chairs and I was worried because of my package and because I didn't have enough cash. Will be recommending this driver and company for helping me in my time of need. Defining a 😇. When ordering taxi I did explain my predicament about the box of chairs and lack of paper money and the company was so helpful.... Thank you... and random thought but need noted his taxi smelt so good and felt like home 🥰🥰🥰

Quick response from depot who were more than happy to help me out with an odd request. My car battery had died and I was stranded in Cupar. I bought a new battery from Euro Car Parts in Dundee and Dundee City Taxis was able to pick up the battery from them and bring it to me in Cupar. Driver and depot worker were both very friendly and willing to help me out. Absolutely excellent service, they had the battery delivered in almost no time and now my car works again!

holiday last month and booked a taxi which arrived in perfect time to take me to the bus station at Mal Maison. I left a bag in the back of the cab which I only noticed after the cab left. I called the office and the driver turned backed with my bag 2 minutes before the bus left. Great service. A massive big thank you to the driver whose name I didn't get.

Dundee City Taxis we’re great at getting guests to and from our wedding venue in a remote location. The taxis were organised, clean, and on time, and the drivers were pleasant to deal with. Mobin the manager was fantastic at keeping me up to date if there were any changes, and was very accommodating when I had some of my own. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend their services.

Last summer I visited Dundee City to attend a family friend function. I was new to the city so used google reviews to select taxi company. My selection did not go wrong. Taxi was a new Mercedes and driver gave me a very good deal for my ride. Driver was very courteous and he provided me Wi-Fi to do some internet browsing. It was great help for me being a non resident visitor. Keep up the good work.

Our address is not the easiest to find, but the phone operator found it and the destination no problem then sent us a web link showing where the taxi was, where we were and where our guests were going. Just where the road gets tricky, the driver called us to be sure and told us he’d be 2 minutes. A very polite, happy, cheerful guy. He delivered our guests home quickly and carefully.

I have used multiple different taxi companies before and this is the best by far. This is a good, well rounded company. They are always on time and have been professional in all my experiences using them. The drivers are nice and friendly and always choose the best route to to get you to your destination. 10/10 would recommend you use this company .

I order a Taxi from Asda to home. The taxi driver was so nice and put all my bags in the taxi and when I got home he took them out and put on my door step. Maybe because I’m older but the service was so helpful and professional. I had a lovely conversation with the driver Kami.

Was picked up by driver 115 following a shopping trip, the driver was friendly, helpful and very professional. Upon being dropped off I received a phone call from him informing me I had left my bank card in his car, and he was returning to bring it back. Before I had even noticed.

Muhammad (Car 111) drove me tonight and was an absolute delight. Friendly conversation and quick arrival. Great taxi firm, would highly recommend, especially with the student discount they're doing this month (10% off if you book with the app). The app is easy to use and really reliable. Great service!

Update: used the company again and the driver this time "Farees" was very nice and friendly once again! The taxi arrives very fast, you can pay by card and you also get a tracking website through text so you know when it's arriving. It's like Uber but in Dundee I suppose!

Used this firm for a company event. Very easy to book, good price for the amount of people, and for a one off price, they sorted enough taxis to get everyone where they needed to be. The manager Mobin was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and the drivers were also very professional.

Came super fast and earlier than expected which was great considering I told them I was in a rush. The man on the phone knew I was going to the train station and he clearly worked to make sure I got there. Taxi driver 115 was particularly friendly as well. Overall a great service!

My partner and I were picked up from our Lidl shop by Manny (driver 115). He was prompt, professional and gave great conversation! He saved the day further by phoning us to let us know that my partner had left their card in the backseat, and dropped it off in person after his fare was done!

Lovely drivers all round so far, started using these guys over tele taxis and the difference is unreal. The drivers here are lovely, so polite, and actually talk to you like a human being. Recently got a lift from the gentle who's number is 117 (?) and he couldn't be more helpful! Thanks again!

I cannot recommend Dundee City Taxis enough! Every single driver is professional and pleasant. As a lone female, I always feel safe and looked after when travelling. I wouldn’t use any other taxi company in Dundee again other than Dundee City Taxis! Thank you very much

On 3rd March we used taxis 117 to get to city centre. I required a return taxi for early Sat am. He kindly checked and made sure we were booked as well as changed the time. Excellent customer service. Very professional and friendly. Definitely will use again.

Really handy! Came up super quick. Driver was nice. Car was tidy and driver was wearing a mask, which definitely means a lot with the current situation. A lot cheaper than the other taxi services I’ve used. definitely will be sticking to this company from now on. :)

Very professional service, I have used Dundee City Taxi several times now and I will only use them in the future. Very friendly and always make me feel at ease. Also the apple pay makes such a difference as I don't have to run to the cash machine to take money out!
